Although it's not essential to have an account to shop at Cocomojoworld.com, registering your details will allow you to:
- Track your order and review past purchases
- Build a personal wish list
- Reserve items and join waiting lists
- Shop without entering your address details
- Manage your address book and email settings

Forgotten passwords
If you have forgotten your password, click here to change it or follow the 'FORGOTTEN PASSWORD' instructions on the SIGN IN page. For security reasons we are unable to send your password via email.
Return and Exchange
How to make a return or an Exchange
To be eligible for return and/or exchange of merchandise, customers must contact us with information regarding the items wished to be returned within 14 days of receipt of shipment, by e-mailing to

. After contact, we will only accept return of items that we have confirmed for return. (Please ship the confirmed return items back to us within 7 days.) We will not accept a request for a return and/or exchange if customers contact us after the 14-day period is over, or returns the merchandise to us without prior notice.
Exchange Policy:
Cocomojoworld.com only accepts exchange when the merchandise is different from what the customer ordered (wrong shipment) or it is defective/ damaged. We will reimburse the customer for shipping costs incurred. If the item(s) to be exchanged are out of stock or have been discontinued, the customer will be given a full refund for that merchandise.
Return Policy:
If the customers are not satisfied with the items (size, color or print etc.), we can fully refund (no handling charges included) any returned orders upon receiving and inspection of the return. However, shipping costs are nonrefundable and customers are responsible for all shipping costs incurred. If you refuse a package that we have shipped to you, or the carrier is unable to deliver the package to the address that you provided, we will deduct any shipping fee, handling fee, refused / undeliverable package fee charged to us by the carrier from any refund that we make to you.
We will NOT accept a request for an exchange or refund if:
- Customers contact us after the 14-days period is over
- Returns the merchandise to us without prior notice, or items that were not given approval
- Merchandise that have been used, soiled, damaged or adjusted by customers
- Merchandise without the original condition with all tags, case or packaging
- Partial return of any set merchandise (any charms, accessories or shoulder straps etc. must not be missing)
- Off season or Sale items
Important information
- All items are quality controlled and checked for any faults before they are dispatched to customers. Should you receive an item that is not in perfect condition please contact us immediately.
- Items should be returned within 14 days of receiving your items.
- Please send all items you wish to return from an order in the same shipment to ensure your return is processed as quickly as possible.
- Items should be returned in their original packaging to ensure they are adequately protected in transit. Free collection does not apply to items returned from a different country to the original shipping destination.

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and debit cards. Payment is only debited from your card at time of dispatch. All transactions on this website are processed using Datacash, a secure online payment gateway that encrypts your card details in a secure host environment.

Cocomojoworld also provides the option for you to safely store your credit card details, making it quicker and simpler to shop with us. Your full card details will never be displayed, except for the last 4 digits so that you know which of your cards you are using. You can delete your card details by unchecking the box "remember my payment details" on the payment page.
Please note that you will need to re-enter card details if you change or add a new address. This means that if someone guesses your password and tries to place an order using your account, they will be unable to do so to any address other than those you have already saved. We hope you understand that this is a valuable precaution designed to protect your personal information.

To help ensure that your shopping experience is safe, simple and secure Cocomojoworld uses Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology. This encrypts and protects the data you send to us over the internet. If SSL is enabled then you will see a padlock at the top of your browser and you can click on this to find out information about the SSL digital certificate registration.
You will also notice that when you look at the location (URL) field at the top of the browser you will see it begin with 'https:' instead of the normal 'http:'. This means that you are in secure mode.
